Corby CCG aims to commission safe, high quality care for local residents.
Significant Event Audits (SEA) are undertaken by GP practices, to investigate and learning from incidents. Effective SEAs allow practitioners and their team to highlight and learn from both strengths and weaknesses in the care they provide. Doctors need to use these audits to meet the requirements for being revalidated to continue practising.
